A couple is getting married in Memphis. Their guest list is 150 people and they plan on getting married on a Saturday. As they begin planning logistics, they realize there are some gaps in group transportation that can be tricky. Their reception is going to be at a different location than the ceremony venue, the bride and groom need reliable transportation for their bachelor and bachelorette parties, and the reception venue has limited parking options for all the cars. They decide to both rent a 25-passenger minibus in Memphis for their bachelor and bachelorette parties in order to have a designated team and enjoy the night to their heart’s content. The minibuses are able to pick them up directly at their hotel for a night out on the town, and they each rent a bus for their parties from 8 PM to 2 AM. The quote for their Memphis minibus rentals is $250 per hour, so at 6 hours each it’s $1,500 per bus, or $3,000 total for both parties. They also decide to rent a 56-passenger minibus for the day of the wedding to provide shuttle service for some of the out-of-town guests to the ceremony, and from the ceremony to the reception to make up for the reception venue’s lack of parking.
